Android is the name of an operating system for mobile phones that expects to be one of the best if not the best ever created. Not just because the company that developed it to be the Open Handset Alliance (a group of more than 30 companies and technologies), which was recently acquired by Google. Android has already begun hitting in the development: while Apple released the SDK for developers only a year after their debut, Google released the SDK prior to the launch of the phone.
